Day in the life of a 20-year-old landscaping business owner. Started the day doing my morning routine, reading my Bible, then attaching the trailer to my truck, and heading out to the job site. This job was a $1,200 landscaping bed makeover. We were pulling every single weed, trimming up and removing a couple bushes, and then transporting all of the rocks into the back bed. On top of that, we were also installing a natural border in the back, laying tarp in all the beds, and then laying mulch to give it the finished touch. I set the boys up first thing and then went over to the dump to empty out my dump trailer. While I was at the dump, I got two yards of brown mulch and sell some goats on my way out. Once I arrived at the job site, the boys helped me unload my dump. I dropped my dump trailer off and went and gave an estimate and then stopped at the store to grab some supplies. While I was there, I also grabbed myself a lunch and ate real fast and then headed back to the job site. I saw that the boys had basically taken care of the backyard completely. It looked amazing and they were just finishing up on the side. While they finished up, I headed over and got a nice chest pump and then I returned back to the job site to wrap everything up. Walked around with the client to show him everything and then collected payment. The aftermath on this job looked amazing. It was very minimalistic and looked very clean. The backyard was my favorite. I loved how the limestone and the mulch contrasted with the rocks. Once I got home, I detached my dump trailer, went and got ready, and then head over to my girlfriend’s house to have some Chipotle. I did some computer work for a bit, and then we watched a movie. After watching a movie for a bit, I headed back home and ended up reading this new book that I got.
