Pear Tree Disease

Inexperienced gardener here and I bought the house last year with the pear tree already here and it was fine last summer with good fruit.

This season I noticed all the fruit is black and seems like the tree has a disease?

Wondering if anyone has seen it before and what can I do. As I said Im not massively into that side of the garden and I dont grow fruit or veg but I wouldn't like to see the tree go further downhill.
