My rose plant is outdoors, It recently got affected by insects that eat the leaf which I treated it with some organic pest repellant and it seemed to work. So i pruned off the bitten leaves and new stem was growing but recently the leaves at the top of the stem is shrinking. I apply fertilizer every 3-4weeks and water daily. The pot is well drained. Is there any way the plant can be saved ? Or should i trim the stem again and repot it in a new pot? (The climate here is hot and humid, currently its winter here with evening showers.)
