New to the hobby since a month and looking for feedback. I know that the ruins are too unicolor as I didn't paint them, but that I can't change anymore, as they are stuck in place. I wondered however if there is too much moss in the back – but have no clue what else would fit well there (which is why I ended up using moss). More fittonia cuttings?

Time. You need more moss coverage, particularly up the front to make the ruins look less ‘placed’. That will come in time.
You’re absolutely right you needed to paint the resin for perfection, since it’ll be hard to grow on and will always look very plastic.
Apart frop the horrendous lid, I think it’s a nice terrarium.
I’ve never made a terrarium so can’t help much.
Just get a paint brush and dirt water and dirty up the building.
Less clean more moss
I think this is really cool. You’re right that the building would’ve been better painted, but apart from that I think it looks great. If you want it to be self-contained, however, you’ll need to address that lid. It looks to me in the third image that there’s quite a gap.
The plant in the back looks out of place. If you want a slightly larger plant that branches out I would recommend bolbitis
