Jack Gardener and Max Hope from headline sponsor Phillips Law, and head of marketing Katy Gardener, received the first shirts for the event, which has already surpassed last year’s total number of entries.
The running festival will take place on Sunday, October 5 and will include a half marathon, 10k, children’s race, and a new addition of a 5k race, all starting and finishing in the Race Village in War Memorial Park.

He added: “This fantastic event has become such a vital part of our town’s calendar, and we’re passionate about encouraging our community to get out and explore the beautiful countryside that surrounds us while staying fit and healthy.”
Jonathan Pender, chair of event organiser Destination Basingstoke, said: “The Race Village will be inclusive and family-friendly, and we hope lots of people will come along to support the runners and enjoy the atmosphere.”
