Please help! I was very kindly donated this beauty about 10 years ago but this year she's struggling. She flowered, and now looks like this. I've never repotted her and the top of the soil has alot of dead fallen bits in it. She sits in a south facing glass porch so has good heat over the summer and in the sun. Yesterday I watered her with succulent fertilizer.
What can I do?

If a plant looks like that never water it.. Pull it out and check its roots. You need to get that plant out of the soil and look at what’s happening underneath.
Plant is very dehydrated. That can be from not getting enough water, or from getting too much water and the roots rotted (so the plant can’t draw up more water until it grows fresh roots). It’s way overdue for a repot into some fresh mix – something airy and not just standard potting soil (mix of sand, potting soil, perlite is what I use with my jade). You want a mix that doesn’t retain too much moisture and drains well. Make sure that when watering you let it fully dry out in between waterings to prevent root rot.
I’d chop a couple branches to propagate them in case the mother plant dies so you can ‘restart’ it if needed, or just have some extra cute plants if the mother plant pulls through. Good luck! Fingers crossed for you
I would submerge that pot in a big bucket of water 💦
She looks PARCHED. If you’re not already watering it super throughly to the point where water runs out the bottom you may need to repot and get it into better soil.
How often do you water?
How much water do you give it?
How long does it take the soil to dry?
These plants are very drought resistant but also very sensitive to overwatering. I killed god knows how many by overwatering.
To me this looks like too much water, tbh. Check the soil. Maybe it absorbed too much water over time. The top might feel dry but the bottom might be waterlogged.
Put it in your sink and shower it, let it rest in water for a night.
I’m gonna suggest something else because it seems strange to me that your plant has thrived for 10 years and then out of nowhere started to go downhill really fast. You may, possibly, not sure, but could be, have a pest problem.
I searched your photo and found some webbing and little white specs that might be bugs. It could be a normal spider web and the specs I see could very well be lighting, or something else that isn’t bugs.

Look closely here and see cause it could be spider mites. Again, I could be wrong. But, I’d inspect this area if I were you.
Does the pot have drainage?
Spider mites.
Someone else posted some pics that look like spider mites to me
