I am a somewhat newly new plant mom and I'm a little nervous about my pink princesses new leaf coming in. This leaf looks bigger than all her other leaves and I have never seen or had a leaf come in bunched up like this. I'm scared. Can someone please ease my mind….pleaseeeee and thank you in advance 🙏 ☺️ 💓 💗 😊

Probably. You can start with taking a wash cloth or paper towel and wetting it with warm water and wrapping that new leaf and gently massaging it. You can also put it in the bathroom with you when you shower to give it extra humidity. Do that for 2 days and see if it helps, but you’ll probably still need to assist with your hand a little

it happens sometimes, I would recommend LEAVING IT ALONE because anything you do is more likely to damage the new leaf than help. I would do what you can to increase the humidity, so use a pebble tray or a humidifier, or you can use a spray bottle with a fine mist to mist that new leaf. do it in the morning so the water can evaporate and hopefully not lead to any kind of fungal infection, and personally I wouldn’t do it every day. humidifier would be best but obviously that’s not always an option for everyone

I would help. But it’s completely personal preference. Some people will always say to leave it, and some will say the opposite. Do whatever feels right for you.

Ive helped a few of my plants, particularly my philodendrons, and the leaves have always turned out beautiful. I’d rather risk helping than a damaged stuck leaf.
