She lives under a grow light and I water (with super thrive) about once a week when the top of the soil feels dry. It’s decently humid in my home this time of year. I just can’t figure out why the leaves are browning.

This is either too much or too little water.. I would check the roots for rot, and hold off on any fertilizer for a while

Beautiful plant btw, especially that top leaf

Most likely overwatering. The soil needs to dry out completely between waterings. I water mine every 3-4 weeks.

Overwatering and probably too little light.
At least that’s what fixed mine ..more light.

I would only give it bright natural light. You are watering too much, and it doesn’t need fertilizer at every watering. I would keep it in a Clay pot. This guy needs a good medium. Big box soils are too intense and holds moisture. Try to use a mixture like cactus medium. I wish you luck….nice plant (avoid that light). It just needs filtered bright light. I would turn the pot 1/4 turn every few days, to keep it from leaning one direction.
