For some reason it wasn’t letting me put any text in the box but i’ve had this plant for about two and a half months and when I first got it i noticed some of the leaves had these weird specklings on them so I ended up just cutting off those leaves and eventually it had spread to the whole plant so I ended up cutting off every single leaf and she was bald for a really long time and then she grew back all her leaves and she was doing fine she was blooming again and it was beautiful. But now i noticed that some of the leaves have turned back and done this again and I cut off all the ones that I noticed but i’m scared it’s gonna spread further and I don’t even know where to begin attacking this problem.

Without having any info about the lighting, watering schedule, or soil situation, my first guess would be fungal leaf spot based on the photos.
That being said, definitely double check to make sure it’s getting the proper amount of light and water. I don’t really see any obvious sign of pests, but you might want to do a super close look over the main plant and its soil just to be sure.
