Anyone know what the purple/green/red peppers are in the left corner of the board?

I grew three red habanero plants, and whatever the purple pepper is was in the four pack. Clearly not a habanero. They began green, turned purple, then began turning red. Cold weather is setting in where I live so had to harvest today.
