Moved into a new place and the previous tenants left me this beautiful plant. I have no idea how to care for it and I’m terrified of over or under watering it by mistake!! The pot does not have drainage. The leaves look a little droopy to me and some of them have turned yellow. The tips of almost every leaf have turned brown! The plant gets about 1 -2 hours of light every day. The apartment is not sun facing so it’s difficult to get a huge amount of light on it.
How often should I water it and does it look healthy currently ?

Looks like it could be a peace lily?
It’s a Paece Lily, a hardy and dramatic plant. If the pot doesn’t have drain holes the care is more complicated specially if you’re novice.
Water it when the leaves turn “sad” and pointing downwards, keep the soil moist but not soak.
* The yellowish leaves if they’re old leaves is normal, the brown tips could it mean too much water.
Water it when it looks like it’s about to be dead, bottom water it like every other month or something.
It looks like a peace lilly, if so, follow above instructions, if not, disregard 😅
You can remove the yellow leaves, don’t worry too much about browning. Watering will probably be like every 10-14 days (in my experiences anyways)
Download the plantnet app for identification, or wait for someone else to chime in. It does look like a peace lilly though, but also not quite like the several I’ve owned.
It’s a peace lily, a very easy houseplant, and yours looks healthy to me. You can start by trimming off those yellow leaves, given it some indirect light, then do nothing. The plant will literally tell you when it needs water. Here are [pictures](https://share.google/images/d7vqdjBBJ5riyZRCL) of some thirsty peace lilies – water the plant once your it starts to look sad, the leaves will perk right up after a few hours.
