There's one like sunken in and another just wrinkled, I haven't watered them in 3 weeks and have been putting them in direct and indirect sun in those 3 weeks.

Today I watered them after coming home and looking at this 😭

I’m sorry but it seems that these two are gone:( Looks like overwatering. The soil is too organic, retains moisture for too long after watering. I’d recommend to repot the healthy ones asap! Lithops prefer inorganic material – things like pumice, gravel, zeolite. And just a little bit of actual soil. The ratio could be something like 20% soil, 80% inorganic, with some people going for 100% inorganic. One thing to remember – the more organic material you have, the longer it takes for it to dry out after watering. And Lithops do not like to sit in moist conditions for too long, which could easily lead to root rot. Make sure that the pot has drainage holes for excess water runoff.
