How should I fix this?

I saved this one a year or so ago and since it has been doing great ! Going all purple and growing tall… Too tall(?).
It gets water once a week or so, I check with a moisture meter. It is potted in a pot with drainage holes. And it's standing inside the window, getting lots of light.

I was wondering what to do when I replant this one, how and where do I cut it to make it a denser more manageable bunch. Any tips?
Any other ideas are also welcome!
