    Love the process, do you not have to vacuum seal the onion bag for it to last 25 years? I bought a vacuum sealer to store beans and rice (I don’t own a freeze dryer) and just had the worst time ever getting it to work. If I don’t need it that would be a God send.

    Love the videos! Would you say it was worth it to buy a freeze dryer? I was thinking of getting one in the next couple of years

    isnt the longevity of the freeze dryed and vacuum sealed food heavily influenced by the environment it is packaged in?

    i would imagine that breathing onto the food in your living room next to a dog would result in an environment that is bacteria ridden.
