    Those are snapdragons!

    Gently squeeze the rounded part at the base of the flower and they open their little “mouth”

    The local name, if it’s the same as in Argentina, is *conejitos* (‘bunnies’), because they look like toothy bunny mouths.

    Flowers are edible as well! Just make sure they aren’t near a road or sprayed with pesticide. Best as a salad garnish.
