Had my haworthia for a while and it’s done really well and seems overall healthy but for a little while it’s had a bit of like yellow crust/ dust in some areas. I’m assuming it’s a bit of mildew or something as I definitely need a new pot with drainage holes but I water pretty infrequently and as I said seems healthy otherwise and has grown quite a bit especially in the last 6 months. I know with red areas at the roots it’s getting a little too much sun so I just moved it today but I’m curious if anyone could give me a definitive answer on the yellow I’m seeing. Hard to see in pictures but it’s at the base of the larger leaves where they touch and on the leaves of the pups.

I’m not sure about the yellow stuff, but since you mentioned you thought it was getting too much light, I just want to say that it is actually not getting enough light. It’s etiolating – you can see that the leaves are stretching longer in search of more light. It would be good to gradually increase the amount of light it’s getting.
