This one lost its tag before I bought it. My initial thought when I saw the almost full half moons was epi pinnatum albo, but when I scan it with Planta, it says it’s an epi pinnatum variegata. When I look into the differences, it seems like they’re super subtle. Is there actually a difference or is google making stuff up? If there is, which do you think I’ve grabbed?

I LOVE my epi albo/variegated! Mine is still a baby but it already has fenestrations! It is opening a new leaf currently that is like 75% white!

  3. I got one like that too! Doing well so far with lots of light and a little direct sun. Putting out new leaves!

Mine came with thrips…I cleaned her up and repotted her when I got home and didn’t find a thing wrong, no yellowing leaves and they were all perky. Two weeks later, thrip larvae on the leaves. I had to do some sacrificing of leaves and it broke my heart because it was so lush when I got it. Had I known anything about thrips prior I perhaps could’ve avoided some trouble. She’s now in water in quarantine for the next few weeks til I think I can trust to put her in soil again. May you have better luck with yours.
