Your best bet honestly is to leave it alone and plant it kinda sideways when you repot and just give it a place to attach. Don’t be discouraged if you get a couple mutated leafs. They tend to take forever to adapt to new environments and post repot. Once it gets the first root in the moss pole (a real one) not coir. It will start to climb it naturally
