I have my fig in a pot. I planted it last year and ended up with 8 figs. So far I this year I have 15 with more popping up every day. My question is, how do I actually get it to take a tree form? I have four main branches coming out from a nub at soil level. Itβs an Olympian fig. If I can get the darn thing to have one trunk, I can take it out of the pot and plant it in my yard.

Fig in a pot. Badabingbadaboom
Eventually you have to step up to the next size pot or during dormant season cut the roots and refresh potting soil.π
