i noticed these little white bugs on my plants and can’t discern what they are even after looking online, mainly because of their size. would love to know so i can stop them because they are wreaking havoc on the plant they are on. i believe it originated at my kalanchoes and moved to this plant plant. they were both underwatered recently and are in at least 12 hours of sun per days and the pots have drainage and typical get watered in increments to better saturate the soil

Thrips, I think? Not too bad of an infestation if so, you can get it under control.

Isolate them. The quickest way is to get as many off as you can but a systemic option like bonide is going to be far more effective than anything else.
