Why are this little lady’s leaves dropping off?

I’ve had it for quite awhile. No issues even though I know it’s reputation of being dramatic.

Watered from the top and bottom when dry. It’s been in the same window are since I got it.

Loose soil. Try to give it some vitamins monthly or bi-monthly.
