i just bought this about 2 weeks ago and it's dropping leaves and all wilty too.

i had to mess with the wick when i got it and redid the self-watering pot. too damp? does it need to dry out for a bit?

and now the one next to it is also upset. crown rot? how do i fix it?

please help, this was my favorite plant when i got it and now it's in danger!

I couldn’t tell too well with the first photo but the last one is I’m 99% sure crown rot. You might be able to salvage the leaves and root a new one. The first one- if the leaves aren’t dying at the base maybe you can salvage it since it could be just the roots are rotted if it’s the same issue. In which case you would remove it from the medium, remove rotted parts, and repot.
I would recommend waiting to see if others agree before proceeding. Except for if it’s dead at the base of the leaf- those leaves you can remove, cut a nice amount above where the dead/rot was, and start trying to root them.

What do you mean you had to mess with the wick? Wick watering requires high porosity growing mix. Without perlite or extra airy soil wicking just drowns them so if you just add a wick to regular potting mix its not going to work
The one plant is gone. You can cut off the leaves and wash in mild bleach solution to kill any rot that may be present as spores and use them for propegation. The droopy one probably has rotted roots. The plant might be saved if you cut off 100% of the roots and reroot the crown and I would propegate a couple of leaves.

Is there water in the reservoir?

The plant itself is planted too deeply. The growth point of the leaves near the roots should be as high as the edge of the pot and no soil mix in between the leaf stems. That may be whats causing rot. Reservoirs should be kept full with an air space between the bottom of the pot and the waterline. Never allow the pot to be sitting in water or the wick to be without water
