It seems I always lose a few overgrown cukes even when I’m specifically looking for them. This season, I’ve begun tagging them early in their life, when I first notice them. Makes them stand out and be easier to pick in a timely manner. Especially when the foliage is dense.

This plant is Diva, near the end of its season, looking kind of ragged. Harvested three nice ones this morning and have tagged half a dozen more that should be ready later in the week.
