Thank you for your delightful almost daily videos. I love gardening too and experimenting in occasion.
Do you have any experience with making essential oils? Could you use some of your mint that way? I think it might be an interesting process for a video. What do you think?
The grapes are beautiful! One of our friends grew grapes for a local winery and we used to help pick them. A few acres of grapes produce a lot. Your juicing process did take a long time! It looks delicious!
Figs are like that 😅
The Cat 🐈😝
Pretty shocking that with all those acres, Russell doesn't have his own catnip patch. It is a member of the mint family, after all.
Wonderful!🎉
Next step, wine making!
It’s always fun to see Russell join you in the garden, he’s such a sweetheart. I really love your new patio area by the dream stream. It should be pretty as those hydrangeas mature behind it.
Aawww!! Russell 😍🥰😘
I want to work for you just for the plants!! ❤
😃Thanks Laura!
looks delicious 🍇🥃
There has to be some sort of cocktail you can make with the juice 😊
I just love the mingling of planting, harvesting and making things in the kitchen. Gives me such a warm, cozy feeling. Russell was hilarious! He was helping you dig a hole Laura!! I agree Samantha, nothing tastes good right after brushing our teeth. Toothpaste and food don't mix well…lol.
wow, it’s so amazing that you can grow grapes organically and have such an incredible harvest! I was just reading a scientific paper about how, in the EU, we have problems with fruit, especially grapes, tainted with systemic fungicides and pesticides that are even present in wine! It really makes me appreciate when people with a large audience (like you!) try their best to grow delicious produce in a simple and healthy way. 😊
I just watched Out of Africa and thought about your mom saying it was her favorite movie. It’s beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time ❤❤❤
You and your family are a blessing to us all. Thank you you❤❤❤
Laura!! You need a pop-up stool to take with you like i have, it has a small round seat on top, about 3 ft tall when unfolded, and although you can use it as an actual seat to help with getting to my stock tank gardening. It's also wonderful in getting the harvesting baskets up off the ground. They fold up for storage, and light weight. It's when you were bending over so far to put the grapes gently in the baskets i thought of this! Thanks for your videos and all you do, Bren
Russell playing was awesome!
Bahahaha that made my day .Russell flicking up the dirt .😂😂😂
Thanks for sharing.
Garden Answer videos are absolute gifts! To enhance my iPad watching pleasure each morning I always go into my settings and bump up the picture quality and slow down the speed in addition to maximizing the viewing screen and increasing the video brightness to an unreal level! The flower colors are wonderful! Love your videos so much Laura and Aaron. Thank you for sharing with us!
Russell❤️
Yum, grape juice looks so good!! Dream stream is really coming together nicely! It no longer looks like it was plunked there but instead fits into the landscape beautifully! You guys have done a wonderful job❤
Someone gave me a great tip & I thought I'd share it with you – instead of putting my jars in the canner to heat them up, I put them in my oven at 200°. It is a bit more convenient as you don't have to dump out the water! 😊
out of curiosity, how long might the grape juice last in those jars? 🙂
You certainly get a lot done in a day!!! Grape juice is beautiful & going to be so delicious when it’s cold and snowing out this winter!!! Enjoy your day! I’m taking your advice and the things I don’t like in my garden are going to new homes. 🏡
This was a fun one!❤
Amy ?
What's happened to Beth Bethany ?
Thank you for bringing us along for harvesting and juicing the grapes! Could leaving the stems in while steaming be a factor in the pink color? I wonder if it would be a different color if the grapes were removed from the stems. Just curious, I know it would not be worth the work and the color is beautiful! It reminds me of pink grapefruit juice. 😊
WONDERFUL VIDEO ❤
Russell is like “this mulch is perfect for a litter potty area”. 😊 I LOVE seeing your cats in your videos. I have to say that your new sitting area under the beautiful tree by your pond is my favorite area of your property. So peaceful and relaxing. The only thing that would make that spot better would be a patio swing. I enjoy swinging while I’m relaxing. I’m curious why you do not have any patio swings? Love your channel!
Kudos to Matteo from Pennsylvania I hope he's watching😊
Amy normally gets the eliminated plants. Can we have a walk around for her yard??? I would love to see her garden. Love watching your channel. Just became a member even though I have been watching since you had Benjimin.
Please show how you make the gummies!!
❤
You could steralize your jars in the oven… just easier.
How do you keep the wasps out of your grapes? We used to have grapes and the wasp just were horrible in them.
Kitty was full of beans or something, so funny😂❤. Mint high maybe!
This was a great video. I enjoyed watching you juice those grapes last year and I loved it this year also. It was last year, right? lol. I remember you making gummies with the kids also! You did some really great
Camera work while harvesting those grapes! Thank you!
I LOVE that Montana moss juniper.. I’ve been keeping my eye on that one you planted in the south garden and I’ve been noticing how big it has been getting.. just like the black lace elderberry! lol.. it’s so beautiful tho, the color and especially the structure of how it grows.
I’m surprised you still have buds on your hibiscus, mine started to bloom around the last week of July, first week of August I still have about 4 or 5 blooms on one of them, out of 5. No buds left tho. 😊♥️
Hi Laura. Have you tired weaving a basket out of your willow? You are such a talented person and you love baskets. It could be a fun project for you and the kids to dabble with. Your video's are a fun start to the day and I've learned so much from you and Aaron! Thank you!
I just love your videos,Laura.
Russel getting playful with the fresh mulch was too cute 🥰 😅my pugs saw that and ran to chase him on the tv 😂😂😂
