We have just moved into this house and very excited to have a garden.. but no experience. Any tips on how to remove these weeds. Have a dog and a baby, would prefer not to use any poison. TIA
Dissolve pool or cooking salt in a watering can and pour

You’ll find those are also all pretty easy to pull by hand

Handweeding will take less time than you think.

There you have it. Combine boiling water with table salt ( not in the kettle because of possible corrosive effects) then pour it directly over the weeds. Don’t try to remove the weeds first as the leaves provide access for the salt to the roots of the weeds and that’s where you need the poison to go.

Whipper snipper and some poison to prevent regrowth. If you don’t own a snipper then just poison, wait till it’s dry and pull 👍
Just saw the bio lol.. You can use organic based poison if you’re concerned, most brands are pet/fam friendly. Even mixing 70% vinager with water and salt works well as a natural alternative. Hope this helps.

Boiling water. A spade or a sharp knife.
