  1. Man! That's alot of work. Is it worth all the things that go into it when you are right by the potato state?

  2. Laura, I know you've heard this a thousand times before, but your diligence, enthusiasm, energy and drive inspires more than you can imagine. I'm an ancient gardener who has learned so much from your videos and taken inspiration from your projects. So much so, that far from scaling back on my gardening activities as my old bones start to complain, I have taken on new challenges in the garden. It keeps me very active and engaged and I love it. Gardening is life! Thank you for all you do.

  3. I can’t figure out why you’d have black widows in your pumpkin patch a year or two ago but nothing in your potato patch here. But I’m glad they’re not there! Man, won’t those Zinnias make the sweetest picket fence hedge?

  4. What is the big viney weed you're having to pull such large clumps of? I can't see leaves well enough to try to identify

  5. So satisfying! I especially like the bundles in front of the flower shed! Where will you plant row crops and dump plant clippings once the dirt lands are no longer the dirt lands and is horse pasture instead?

  6. Using the broom to remove the webs around the potting shed? The spiders were creating naturals Halloween decorations!! 😂 Love your videos.

  7. Have a great day when you are in it. You give me energy and rest my mind. Focus on your projects gives me new ideas all the time. Thank you for sharing all your family adventures. After being around your Garden adventure for ten years I feel like a part of the family💜

  8. Next time cut the water 2 weeks before harvest on the potatoes makes them die back and pull all energy to tubers

  9. Is it weird that harvest videos are my favorites? LOL! Hi Russel! Do you feed the chickens any of the potato plants or don't they like them? Small golden potatoes are my favorite. They are so easy to cut and prepare for so many dishes.

  10. Im sorry those potatoes aren't ready to harvest yet. Living on the farm and planting potatoes we waited for the first frost before digging them up. Living in west Michigan Are potatoes were bake potatoe size. 6 generations of farmers. We planted 75 ft two rows over 1,900 lbs in the cellar they went. Id get a large fall ribbon and tie the corn stalks. The designer iam. Love your show!!!!

  11. Good grief, the amount of physical labor you did was incredible. Most of us would have quit and taken a nap at the end of potato harvesting! I am impressed!

  12. I love the kids enthusiasm and that you didn’t care that she picked flowers and that she had a very precious jar that’s what I call an awesome momma ❤

  13. Gosh I love when you use that song played during the corn bundles, it is beautiful, brings all the feels

  14. Dont ever stop sharing these moments. Love seeing you harvest potatoes and making corn stalk autumn decor. It brings me so much joy since I can’t do it myself. It’s so beautiful Laura. The kids are growing so fast! Just yesterday they were little chickadees! ❤️💕🙏

  15. Hi Laura, loved your videos and you teach us so much.
I wanted to ask if you had folks come in and cut the flowers for their personal like you have in the past or did you cut them/vase them up and give away at the garden center?
Where do you plant your herbs? I love herbs and use them almost everyday in my recipes, do you use herbs a lot in your cooking.
I make herb butter and give it away at holidays, it makes a nice gift and I am able to use up so many of my herbs.

  16. Your gardens are glorious. I am still watching every video even after 5 years. Thank you, your videos have and are bringing me tremendous joy.
