Pelargonium. Commonly called geranium, but isn’t a true geranium. There are MANY varieties of red pelargoniums out there. The leaves all have the same light scent, and the flowers really don’t smell, or so my nose says.

From the leaves I would say some variety of Pelargonium (commonly called geranium), the leaves are the shape of zonal geraniums but without obvious ‘zones’. They are beautiful, and the Opuntia cactus (prickly pear) behind them is huge, so obviously south of zone 7.
