Dry tip = not enough water or low humidity

I’m not an expert with medusae, but I soaked my ionanthan quite frequently because I dislike seeing them with dry tips.

The wrinkly patch could have been water damage that happened a while ago but the plant hung on and survived. I’ve got a medusae that is a mother and pup and it had some moisture that didn’t dry off completely and damaged one of the leaves and it looks very similar to yours.
The patch won’t go away and will just continue to slowly move up as the plant matures . As for the brown tips, something very common as the tips are the thinnest point and are the most susceptible to drying out. Just don’t leave it in full direct sunlight as this is usually how it happens. Bright, indirect sunlight is good for these guys.
