Gosh, I love it the way it is…
I’ve never seen one this large so I’d keep it , but if you are going to break this up it should just be as simple tipping out of the pot and slowly pulling it apart into as many as you want . It’s a pretty tuff plant .

flip it then try to half it, recipro saw is brilliant for orchids and bromiliade.
it’s possible to keep dividing down to groups of 3.
have your pots and media organised 1st,
not to much “dirt” add free draining bark or sphagnum

You can split as others have described, or selectively remove individual “rosettes”.
If you cut enough stem off. You can propagate a new plant with each rosette.
