First 3 photos are my ficus ruby pink one, last three are kentia palm. What happened to them? They are far away from each other , 16ft apart if this is helping.
Water once in 2 week, have enough indirect light. Not sure about the soil, nursery helped me repot

No those dots are part of the rubber tree.
The palm is another story. I’d say spider mites
