Just place in fertilized water and go semi hydro. That’s what I did with my ROF that was looking and feeling like shit and the leaves got fuller and hydrated and it’s growing faster

I’d be checking out the roots asap

How much light do you have on it. Could also be drying out from too much light. 12 hrs per day and sometimes w grow lights you need to adjust the brightness. If sunlight, she may or may not like direct or indirect, w her I would guess indirect

If the brown parts are soft/mushy, most likely overwatered. If they are crispy, it is underwatered. Converting to semi-hydro is a viable option, but keep in mind that transition can be stressful for the plant. You will want it perked up and making new growth ideally when you make that transition. Imo, I would remove the soil and remove any rotten or dead roots. Soak the roots in a glass of water with a couple drops of peroxide overnight to make sure it is hydrated and then go with whatever soil medium you’d like to use. If the roots aren’t rotten and you’d like to reuse that soil, mix an amount of orchid bark equal to the soil, same with perlite. Mix the 3 parts up and good to go
