MANCHESTER — Green Mountain Academy for Lifelong Learning (GMALL) will welcome landscape designer Ashley Robinson to talk about how to rethink our home landscaping practices with an ecological approach. The program will take place on Thursday, September 18 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Southern Vermont Arts Center’s Yester House. Have you ever wondered how your own garden can make a meaningful, positive impact on the environment? As gardeners, landowners, and community members, we have the power to rethink how we value our landscapes to support biodiversity and ecosystem health. In this session, we’ll explore practical steps—from design to sourcing and implementation—that can help us create healthier environments, one garden and one community at a time. Registration is $20 per person. For more information or to register, please call 802-867-0111 or visit greenmtnacademy.org.
