Amazon is selling an affordable fragrance that’s said to smell like a “garden of fresh flowers”. Shoppers have praised the “fantastic price” and everyday wear-ability of the lesser-known scent which has been hailed by some as a “must buy”.
The fragrance in question is the Ted Baker W Eau De Toilette, which is available in a 75ml for £11.99, or a pack of two for £23.99. It has base notes of cedar and vanilla, middle notes pink orchid, cassis, and raspberry, and top notes of fig leaf accord, white peony, African violet, and Parma violet.
Fans of a fresh, floral fragrance may also want to check out the Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia for Her Eau de Parfum of which a 30ml bottle is currently down to £56 from £70 at Boots. One pleased buyer wrote: “I’ve always been a huge fan of Ted Baker, especially the perfume, this perfume smells like a garden of fresh flowers, such a sweet scent, it lasts for a few hours. Will make a great gift, the price is fantastic.”
A second shopper called it a “must buy”, writing: “Lovely perfume. Came in a pack of two which is cheaper than buying one. So if you have more than one family member who loves perfumes. This is a must buy. Lovely design, great brand. Not expensive unlike other perfumes and smells beautiful. This is a great perfume for everyday wear or on those special occasions. Definitely worth every penny.”

However, one buyer found the smell wasn’t strong enough. They wrote: “Well packaged but the scent is not very strong and does not last.” This is backed up by another reviewer who said: “Okay. Nice smell. Doesn’t last long.”
