You’d never get it paid for producing off the land… that’s high and dry country. Even with hunting and recreational charges for guests, I don’t see how you’d pay for it.

Oooh man. If this fell into my hands I’d make so many people angry. Shut down all non-owner grazing – no leases, no land use. Only have a local herd of bison and a few horses. I’d spend all my time fishing, watching the open range go natural on its own time. And chickens…and a garden. I’d have so much fun not talking to anyone.
