Are my violets getting sunburn

I keep my violets on a windowsil (east facing window) without any curtains, I only have shades on one window which I remove as soon as I wake up, so im wondering if this is sunburn? Even tho they only get much light a few hours in the morning, the rest of the day is just indirect light. I used to keep them under a 15w growlight but they grew compacted crowns so I decided it was too much and put them on my windowsill. Now idk what to do and where to put them since winter is coming soon. Any advice appreciated 🙂
