I usually make a bunch of pasta and pizza sauce with my first batch of sauce tomatoes, but I still have some from last year so I mixed it up a bit. Tomato soup, canned crushed tomatoes, BBQ sauce, and Bloody Mary mix. About 30 quart-equivalents.

Well, finally! I have been watching this space for your huge annual “sauce harvest” for the past few weeks. Looks like it was worth waiting for! I realize it’s not easy to get such a bountiful crop in the PNW. Mine finished 2 months ago, here in Texas. We have such hugely different seasons. Well done!
