Wow…The right driver can save two whole seconds….What are going to do with the saved time? Take an extra two seconds at coffee break? Take one drag on a vape? Utter one extra sentence of mates banter? It really is so ridiculous comparing close matched leading brands on a minuscule fastener driving time difference. Recharge time, longevity and reliability are much better metrics to measure.
I decided to go to dewalt. The freaking drill started going inny when it should have been outy. This happened after only light use over a month. NEVERY BUYING DEWALT AGAIN.
These comparisons are useless if the models (not the brand) isn't similar or the same in specs. The model matter. Sometimes we compare the best model from one brand with the worst model from another just to prove our point.
I own none of these and will probably not buy any of them. I bought into Skil,Rigid and Ryobi. Hate me for it. I'm just here to point out that the Makita drill is drilling into heart wood which is harder than the lighter sap wood on the outside rings of the trunk. But that's something you probably wouldn't know if you buy any of the drills in the video. Milwaukee is an electrician and mechanic line. DeWalt is meant for a general contractor or just basic construction needs. Makita is geared more towards carpenters but its lost touch with its buyers long ago.
