So I reused an old shoe as a pot for succulents. Mainly sand and dirt, leave it suspended outdoors and neglect every day.
I found these are actually thriving! But now I wonder if I should repot them and maybe replace them with something more appropriate, like a string of pearls or an equivalent.

These looks too good to repot… Let em thrive in those shoes and you will be encouraging best out of waste.
No, you can’t remove them, that would be sacrilege, they look too happy. Just poke some strings of whatever in there and let it go. This is the plant chaos I aspire to.

Got idea of dispose my shoes in succus way
In the game “raft”, you can also plant flowers in shoes that you fish out of the sea, but I never thought of trying it in real life. Thank you, now I want one.
