I live in Sydney, Australia and this is on my balcony..
My care of my plants have taken a back seat in the last 6 months or so and I haven’t really tended to this bad boy in a while. All appeared well and then I turned the pot around and had to pick my chin up from the floor. What has done this and what can I do to fix it? The root is hard to the touch but it’s wobbling slightly 😭
I water it when the little water spike thing is measuring dry and it gets morning sun

Also I have another jade plant right next to it that is completely untouched
It could have been gnawed by a rat, it’s not unheard of.
But I see all of the foliage that’s dropped off and I’m more convinced that it’s a watering issue.
It could be critters snacking on it, not really an insect pest. Protect it or relocate it to a safer location.
Humming bird? Wild guess
Squirrel?
Not sure but I’d treat w bird blaster. It’s a spray that doesn’t harm plants or the environment. It is derived from grapes. It tastes awful.
What pest is your Jade plant eating?
