Hey, just Rick here. Now, check this out. This is the Black Mission fig tree. I know I did a video on the fig tree before, but oh man, look at the size of this. This tree is growing down in Cape May Courthouse, New Jersey at a place called Going Gardens, owned by Duncan and Kim Walsh. Now, the fig itself is a good source of fiber. It’s got some minerals in it like potassium, iron, and calcium. It has vitamins like B6, K, and copper. Now, just look at this. Look at the size of these tra. This fig is just amazing. Now, I’m going to eat one of these cuz it’s I mean, you can’t get anything fresher than this. You soon as you pick it, you get this white little sappiness off there. It is just I mean look at it. It is just so so good. And what you need to do is just start growing some figs in your yard. Protect them in the winter if you’re in a climate that’s really going to kill them off or bring them into your garage or your house or whatever you got to do with them. But try to grow these. These are really good for you.
