POWER KING DK2 Stump Grinder Landscaper First Impression Review.

did you just have a French drain put in come here let me talk to you about something real quick so years ago when the homeowner moved in they had a French drain put in with a catch base in there that runs down the property and expels there it’s actually done right with nice fabric then the PA guys come in and they install this they do this nice Channel drain and they installed this Downs spot extension underneath and they ended it right here the whole point of a Down spot extension is to get that water away from the house to prevent undermining the pavers the home owner said hey are you going to attach this to the existing French drain and they said no it’ll just run down and empty into there but the problem is is that we’re going to put a catch Basin right there so that that water can empty into a catch Basin to be cleaned out and then this is going to be gone all the way down there and tied into the existing French drain so it can go all the way down without seeing any water that’s how you really do it an extra 10 ft make a happy customer and they wouldn’t have to pay for something else

  1. In general aren’t you not supposed to not tie downspouts into a French drain because the roof runoff water will significantly shorten the lifespan of a perforated pipe?

  2. Man I have been watching your videos for a long time. I love them man, would love to be able to work for you one day if I ever came to live in Florida.

Thing is I know exactly what I want to do I think I know what I need to do I know what the problem is how to solve it however I need to talk to someone that's got a little more experience than any problem is my wife wants me to go right now to get materials and I'm not sure which ones I'm going to get cuz I took the whole last week it's between my house and the neighbor's house or walkways from the backyard of the front yard where there is kind of An Unfinished area because give me the neighborhood buttheads before about how we were going to finish that off he said he was going to buy a rock and fill it with rock problem is Rock sinks and then it becomes dirty again and I want to do something more solid like pavers but I'm trying to figure out if I how deep I need to go with gravel sand and I need to put a drain underneath it it goes to the street I'm trying to figure out should I go ahead and put a bubbler just at the end of that area but I did I do need to extend it into the backyard next to the walkway put in because there is a channel there that's about a foot and a half wide and the water doesn't go anywhere
