House prices could rise even further if government proposals to relax planning rules so back garden cabins can be used for accommodation go ahead, the Social Democrats has claimed.
The Government proposed new planning exemptions earlier this year to allow modular units in gardens be used to tackle Ireland’s chronic housing shortage.
