Plans to remove a greenhouse at a property in Albany Terrace, Worcester, and install a home office have been approved by Worcester City Council.

Proposals submitted to the council say: “The removal of the plastic greenhouse will have a positive impact on the setting of the house, by removing an inappropriate style of structure and construction material.

“The garden office is a low level structure to be set against the southern boundary and will be partly screened from view in the garden by the Yew tree.

“It is set back from the west boundary sufficiently so that it will not be seen from Stephenson Terrace.”
