    Showy Stonecrop, Sedum or Hylotelephium spectabile.

    Most popular cultivar is ‘Autumn Joy’ so IDs tend to default to this.

    Lucky you. A well established sedum. It’s a perennial and will come back every year, assuming you get cold enough to make it go dormant in Maryland.

    It’s also super easy to propagate, it’s actually a succulent.
