MSU Pine Belt Master Gardeners is pleased to invite community members to attend our Fall Garden Day on Saturday, October 4th at the Lamar County Multipurpose Center in Purvis, MS (99 Central Industrial Row). The event theme is “Turning a New Leaf.” Admission is free. Registration begins at 8:30am. The program will begin inside the building at 9am with special guest speakers Dr. Fred Fellner, Professional Consulting Arborist and Dr. Allen Owings, Professor Emeritus – Horticulture, LSU AgCenter. There will be plant sales from Pine Belt Master Gardeners and vendors outside during breaks and until noon. We hope to see you there!

The MSU Pine Belt Master Gardeners is a volunteer organization through the MS State Extension Service, serving both Forrest and Lamar counties. Meetings take place on the first Wednesday of each month at 10am.
