I have an arborist coming out to remove this tree later this month but I’m not 100% convinced I need to. The large branch had already dropped when I bought the house 4 years ago but it has dropped other medium sized branches over the years, all with what looks like rot on the inside. I live in Florida so I’m afraid this thing is going to fall on my house the next time we get a bad Hurricane. What do you guys think?
