Hey! I have a scindapsus (pictus) on a moss pole but the leaves don't get bigger as it climbs, on the contrary, they get smaller. Also the aerial roots don't grow big enough to attach the plant to the pole. It grows in altitude without the roots attaching strongly so eventually it falls without artificial clamping.
I've seen this plant hanging with really big leaves, also I've seen it on pole with smaller leaves. I wonder if it's a plant that's supposed to spread like a creeping plant. I haven't found much info about it. Is someone aware of it's behaviour?

I tried this with many of my Scindapsus over the years. This summer I FINALLY got one to latch. It is a platinum. The only thing different I did, was move it outside and started watering the pole with a hose. I think they just want more moisture! I’m trying a couple in horizontal pots as well, so we will see about those soon.

Swap out the moss pole for a stick it’ll climb easily and the leaves get nice and big. You don’t actually have to swap it out just put a stick in right next to h the pole
