I think they look fine. The one hanging could use some water. It’s leaves are folding inward like a taco, which is a sign of dryness. I wouldn’t worry too much about aesthetics, sometimes leaves get broken. It happens. Eventually bottom leaves will dry out, when they become old. Then they can be removed. I wouldn’t remove them now though, because they are still serving a purpose, absorbing water/nutrients and photosynthesis. It all looks great to me. Just be sure that you turn them over after watering (rainwater or spring water), provide lots of airflow (oscillating fans are great to have in your plant room/area), and have them in a good light source (once dry).

Keep exactly what you’re doing as you are. The plants are doing great, and no you don’t need to water them more. The one that’s folding is doing that because it’s blushing, a sign that it’s healthy and will flower soon. When it flowers don’t soak the plant fully maybe just at the base and make sure it dries well. Flower blooms can’t get wet or they rot. Also, after that’s done the plant will begin to produce other little plants! I’m excited for you to see this whole process through! ✨
Update: I read your caption after writing this lol! Since it had babies it most likely already bloomed. It may produce more or not. When babies get removed from mother plants before they’re done producing all the ones they can, their growth sort of stalls.
