all right so getting ready to go get pre-emergent but the Dreadful task of emptying out the bed of the truck honestly it’s been closed for months now and I can’t even remember what I have back here what’s in My Lunchbox so anyways um I’m going to take you along as I go to site one to go get some pre-emergent plus fertilizer for the yard we are right before Valentine’s day here in North Carolina and the ideal time to put out pre-emergent is right around Valentine’s Day also a good Telltale sign is when the pryia start to bloom there are those y yellow plants that look like some people call them yellow Bells um daffodills when those start to bloom it’s time to put pre-emergent down and that’s crab grass pre-emergent in your yard to prevent crab grass from taking over um in the summertime and we’ll do this one time now and then we’ll do it again 60 days from now so step one let’s clean out the truck make room for about we have a few projects a few clients that we’re doing this for so it’s not just my yard or Heather’s yard so I don’t know I feel like we might be getting about 20 bags um want to make sure that I have enough space let’s do it oh that’s not bad it’s really not that bad just one water bottle surprised take this out and I might as well take my other to that can go just wearing gloves not just make you feel like you’re a little bit stronger does for me this one’s heavy that wasn’t too bad let’s go meet Heather to get the pre [Music] mergin [Music] all [Music] [Music] e [Music] so we have the stuff we got the goods uhhuh and now we have to wait till Friday till we can actually film us putting it out because we have other obligations to our kids oh okay so site one is our landscape supply store that we use here in Hickory and it’s closest to us they have all the industry things things like but you can also buy retail like we home owners can come here too and buy we get contractor price but you can get retail price correcto we picked up pre-emergent also we get our herbicide here we were looking at retaining wall blocks for another project so yeah there’s a lot of things happening here at site one Landscape Supply it can be a little overwhelming I’m not going to lie it’s it’s a little intimidating intimidating and for somebody who’s like a visual person there’s just nothing like pretty here pallet of block well well for me it’s inspiring um well maybe for the maybe for the homeowner it wouldn’t be that yeah I mean maybe for the people who are watching this they’re interested in that kind of stuff and maybe this one interests you so go visit your local site one supply store but I mean as far as like seeing a patio they have a few patios laid out and you could see different options of like taco Block versus belard and that kind of thing which are the two main these are the two top dogs in Hardscape supplies yes to my knowledge manufactured manufactured what a big word is it that big it’s a big long one that’s at least 10 letters m a e f you forgot the U man you m a u f a fracture manufactur a c t u r e d That’s Ed that is 12 letters people that is a big word manufactured can we go and look at steps materials or stone materials for the raised beds oh my gosh okay all right let’s go I was trying to do a good fan right here you got the Browns you got the ugens these aren’t ugly that’s the ugliest homemade sand right there this is not ugly this is pretty okay maybe to somebody I think it’s pretty and it’s even got like Lykan on it and you stu okay well cut that part out it’s not ugly no I’m leaving it in no she’s being all judgy stuff well I was thinking about for the greenhouse that would be ugly okay well we’re not going for gra what do you think about this that’s ugly okay well it might be pretty Heather it’s texture it’s it’s character look at this that’s character like you find that on a Giraffe House what else do you want to see so over there is all of your rum yeah block rum wall block and this is kind of the palleted this is what we were looking at for the oh God that’s heavy for the rais beds at the greenhouse but I think we went against this sucker is heavy are we just going to do stacco now yeah I don’t want so he was saying the color of those in brown is like way over there I like this but I don’t like the color come with me I want to show you what other things they have hang on I I want to use this for edging at the greenhouse like in the grass path but the brown one the yeah but Brown not grass pth around the gravel okay like even where the beds meet is that what you’re talking about where the beds yes that’s going to go all the way around but so this is probably my favorite feature is all the different techco black materials these are currently my favorite kind of like the para look then this is Borealis this looks like real wood this is what I really wanted to do the US that would be cool it looks like realwood but it’s not isn’t that crazy squadra this is cool because it looks like kind of that grain stuff as well what is this one you think she’s like a Teo block conno ofur now that she went to the trade show I do put it in my designs West mil I do like West mil
