I have been propagating this for a few months, and this is what it looks like right now. It is growing new leafs underwater too. My mother plant (also pictured) only has 3 stems rooted in the soil/mulch pot, and I want to make it fuller at the top. If it’s time to transfer now, do I just stick it in the soil? Or do I have to do anything beforehand? Any advice is welcomed. Thanks!

Those roots look great! nice and healthy! You’ve got plenty of length there, so it’s definitely ready for soil. When you pot it up, make sure the roots are covered but don’t bury too much of the stem. Keep the soil lightly moist for the first couple weeks so it adjusts from water roots to soil roots, then you can ease back.
